General Shipboard

Cruise Ship Positions

We have an ongoing need for the positions noted below and we interview year-round throughout North America for these roles.

For employment onboard, you must have two years of relevant shore-side experience. For example, front desk personnel (pursers), need two years experience and/or training in a hotel, and photographers would require two years experience in studio or freelance photography.

Most of our cruise ship contracts include six months onboard, then one to two months at home. Management and medical positions usually serve four months onboard with two months at home and then back to sea again. If you are not sure which position would suit you best, send us your application at pmmarine@telus.net and we can go over the options with you.

As Youth Staff you will assist our full time staff with the facilitation of onboard youth activities. Youth Security ensure that everyone is having a good time while adhering to shipboard policies.

To qualify, you must have one-two years experience with children in a group setting or formal teaching experience (teachers college, early childhood development training, or camp counseling). Many of our staff are teachers or teachers-in-training, early childhood educators, outdoor recreation staff, camp counselors or lifeguards.
