Please note: The cruise lines that we work with currently have a hold on ALL new crew recruitment. This industry pause is in place until further notice. Please watch this space for further updates.

Announcement June 2020

There have been many changes to the marine recruitment/consultancy area since we first launched in 1987. This year has brought changes that none of us could have ever predicted. For over 30 years we have had the pleasure of introducing candidates to a seagoing career. We are still very happy to keep you informed of opportunities when and if they become available over the months to come.

We can be reached by email for general information at We have always enjoyed being part of the marine community and hope to stay a part of it – though it may be in a different way moving forwards.

Please be aware that we have been seeing an increase in reports re: SCAMS/FRAUDULENT ONLINE ACTIVITIES. Please know that cruise lines, and reputable agencies, do not ask you for passport information in advance of being hired nor do they ask for any fees during the recruitment process. They do not use Facebook or apps or personal email accounts to provide offers of employment. The key piece here to remember is that if you are asked to pay a fee, then it is likely a scam.  Once hired, some cruise lines will send you documents directly from their HR offices requesting passport information, forms etc. Only once you have been hired and have been provided with an offer of employment cruise lines are you required to do a medical and criminal record check – prior to embark. Always check the cruise line website under ‘Careers’ and/or ‘International Partner Agencies’ for listings of approved agencies. Only use those partners listed and/or apply directly through the cruise line careers section on the cruise line’s main website – via careers.
